NATO’s Independent Theater Owners Committee (ITOC) provides a forum for discussion and information exchange between smaller theater owners and operators with 75 screens or less.

NATO Independent Theatre Owners

Leadership

Chairman Joe Paletta (Peachtree City, GA), along with Vice Chairman John Vincent (South Wellfleet, MA) preside over the ITOC.

In addition to the committee leadership, four elected volunteer members serve on NATO’s Executive Board of Directors, the top decision-making body within the association.  The current elected volunteer members are Byron Berkley (Kilgore, TX), Gina DiSanto (Parker, CO), Jeff Logan (Mitchell, SD), and Mark O’Meara (Fairfax, VA).

In tandem with Bill Campbell, the Managing Director of NATO’s Cinema Buying Group, these seven individuals spearhead dialogue and advocacy for independent owners and operators within the exhibition industry.

Key Topics

Recent Events

NATO and CinemaCon have organized special programming geared specifically toward independent theater operators. The ITOC meets bi-annually, in the spring for CinemaCon, and in the fall for the Annual Board Meeting/Fall Summit.

All NATO member companies who operate 75 screens or less are eligible to participate. Volunteer members can determine their own level of involvement within the committee.
