Rebate Request Deadlines (prior to): Q1 – Apr 30, 2016; Q2 – July 31, 2016; Q3 – Oct 31, 2016; Q4 – Jan 31, 2017
Program elements include: Rebate payouts beginning at three (3) candies with rebate amounts ranging from 4% up to 12%. Members purchasing from CCSI, Vistar, Liberty Distribution and Great Western will have no reporting requirements to secure rebates, as these four (4) distributors are all “Eligible” and “Reporting” distributors. If your distributor is not on the “Eligible Distributor” list, upon request Mars will review them for eligibility. If your distributor is not listed as a “Reporting Distributor”, Mars has committed to share reporting formats and offer technical assistance to distributors in order to promote more reporting distributors and forego manual reporting efforts.
