Items must be stocked by 3/31/2016 for first semester eligibility. Enrollment form MUST be submitted to Hershey prior to 4/30/2016 for first semester eligibility. Semester One is 1/1/2016 – 6/30/2016 and Semester Two is 7/1/2016 – 12/31/2016. Rebate payouts of 4% for four (4) or more candies. Rebates are paid in two semesters (bi-annually). Members purchasing from “Participating” distributors will have NO reporting requirements.
